I applied online, after a week I received a phone call for an initial screening and an interview was arranged for the following day. I met a manager and a head of department.

Typical interview questions.
I was quite surprised by the fact they did not even know how to pronounce correctly the company's name. Also they clearly didn’t get along and the salary offered was very low for the type of role, duties and experience required, without even mentioning the role was advertised as permanent but in fact they were willing to offer a temporary role through one of their agencies and as only benefit a meal voucher that in London can be used to grab a coffee, maybe.

Entretien
The interview process was very well conducted. I was referred through a local recruiting agency and was placed in the role. It did take roughly 4 months before I was confirmed and the position was not a full-time role as I was initially interviewing for, but it was good change of pace compared to my previous role.

It was primarily a behavioral interview. Everything was based more on a personality fit. My resume proved I had the skills.
