1st interview with a group of managers and HR, mainly general questions about the CV and the experiences, plus a short business case related to the procurement function. The interview was not too difficult but it was a bit stressful situation.
2nd interview with the manager, mainly general questions about your motivations.

Well-structured interview with a welcoming and professional team.
The questions are relevant to the role and allow candidates to showcase their skills effectively. The interview atmosphere is relaxed, which helps put you at ease right away.
The only downside is that the selection process can be quite lengthy, sometimes taking up to 2–3 months.
