The interview process was a week long endeavour of daily sessions, where you'd hear back if you made it to the next day. Most of the time was spent talking about company philosophy, often in vague language. Expect a lot of vagueness. This position was originally posited to me as a Retail Assistant gig, and it was not let on that it was door-to-door sales until 2 hours into the second day of interviews.
