The first interview will last for 20-30 minutes. Then you will undergo training for 3-5 days (depends if you are a fast learner) before the second interview. The training is quiet challenging for you will be given various tasks each day but its enriching at the same time. The trainer is nice and approachable.

A phone/skype interview then proceed to your training. They'll pay for thetraining so no worries. It'll take about two weeks.
