Excellent! I was screened by phone briefly, and invited in to do a site visit (optional). I recommend doing the site visit, this helps to familiarize yourself with the working environment, and what to expect. If all goes well, you'll be invited in for a final interview, after which a decision is made. If you are offered a position, then you are invited to lunch or dinner to get to know some of your future colleagues. This is a very classy company that knows how to find great talent, and have fun at work.

First was a 15 min intro call with a recruiter and she was awesome and had me really excited at the potential of working here. Next was a call with a panel of 4 reps from the BDM team. This interview was conducted over a video call and I felt like none of the reps wanted to be there and weren’t paying attention. I got asked the same question multiple times by multiple people and it felt like nobody knew how to take control of the meeting.
