Process took a couple of weeks. I first had a phone interview with HR, where I was invited to attend the interview with the manager in Engineering head office in Turin; I have been interviewed by the HR and a manager. They have been both very friendly, no pressure at all, and I felt comfortable. After this first interview I was invited to te customer office to have an interview there. The manager who interviewed me the first time came with me to introduce me to the customer. The interview was focused on my studies and my experiences. A couple of days after I received an offer.

Processo di selezione che inizia con un colloquio conoscitivo e poi colloquio con i senior. Ottimo processo di selezione. Colloquio tecnico ben strutturato, orientato a valorizzare la capacità nel team work e nel problem solving.
