Submitted application through Knightlink, received interest and subsequently scheduled an interview via email. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. On point with most items. The interview with the owner though.... He was late 30 mins to the interview. Proceeded to go through every line of the resume in excruciating details.

Technical question consisted of explaining how to model a database (in general terms), explaining technical synonyms/meanings, minor behavioral questions
