I applied to this company twice, and on both occasions, I was asked to complete a take-home assignment. The most recent one was an automation project—similar to an RPA task—that required over four hours to complete. It is basically free labour as the script submission was part of the requirement. After which they proceed to ghost me.
In my previous application, they also assigned me a data science task that took more than four hours. Although I had informed them that I was working full-time and studying part-time, I mentioned that I would prefer a live coding session instead.

The interview process is pretty straightforward. The first meeting is with the CEO/COO to run through your résumé and discuss salary expectations. After that, they’ll email you a technical assessment. They gave me about a week to complete it. It was an easy assessment, and you shouldn’t have any issues as long as you have some coding experience. After submitting it, there was complete radio silence from their end.
In hindsight, I probably should have skipped the technical assessment the moment I saw the COO do a double take at my salary expectation. It became clear that they were looking for someone with just passable technical skills but who was willing to accept entry-level pay, so I didn’t pursue it further. I secured another role shortly after, so I didn’t think much about the whole experience until I saw other reviews and realised why people who are genuinely job hunting would be frustrated — they don’t seem to provide feedback or responses at any stage. It feels like they’re just keeping profiles on standby while waiting for their “unicorn.”
One thing I do want to point out: how ironic is it that a company supposedly built to promote better human resource management is so poor at its own hiring process? It’s about time they looked inward too.

Very straight forward, logical and well led. First was a welcome call, then a test on statistical analysis and lastly a group call with company leaders. Everyone was very open, pleasant to talk to and generally lovely.
However, as this series of interviews ended with a rejection, I had only received a generic letter informing me of the outcome.
