The process feels unusual, with minimal feedback, almost as if they’re uncertain about who they want to hire or possibly seeking a professional within the lower salary range who might prioritize following their direction. I feel taken advantage of for my design ideas, as it seems they’re not looking to invest in a strong senior specialist.
