HR Selection, then a discussion with HR & Concerned divisional team, then the Final discussion with CEO. Several stages are there. Processing period is not so lengthy. Concerned HOD ask skill related question and try to measure the aptitude level.

Two step Interview. First the line manager will contact and schedule an interview. If selected, HR will contact you. Usually it takes 1 month. In technical level they will ask what you did before. You need to describe what you have done so far.
