Had multiple interviews and got through to the last stage. I was advised that I was down to the final two candidates. After the final interview, I didn't hear anything for weeks. I was following up with my key contact but never heard back. After 3 weeks, I called the office and they told me my contact was on annual leave. I had to chase the fact that I didn't get the role which left a bad taste in my mouth, especially after multiple interviews.
