I applied online as soon as the position was posted. I was contacted about three weeks later from HR, and then went into the office for an in-person interview the week after that. I was interviewed by 4 employees at once, which lasted about an hour and a half. I was asked a series of questions about my resume, experience, motivations, and personality in the workplace. I recieved an offer the next day, which I accepted.

Remote interview with three people. It felt like I was getting positive feedback, and was given a timeline for communication, but there was no follow up. Not ideal, but so it goes.
