It was very comfortable and the managers were very nice. No clinical questions. Questions more about work experience. Interview was first with a recruiter, then with the unit manager and clinical nurse coordinator.

Human resource is unprofessional and rude. You could hear background noises during the phone interview. Just not a good experience. Ended up not accepting the offer because they were lot lower than other companies. :)
The interview process: Brief phone interview answering basic questions why you want to work there and asking about your experience/background. Second interview with manager in person asking more detailed questions.

Pretty straight forward. Questions about previous experience. Most of the questions pertained to knowledge regarding the department that the application was for. Inquired why I would want to work for the company and asked what my expectations for salary were.
