The interview process was lengthy and pointless. I initially signed up to attend a hiring event, which I did not make it to because of an emergency. I then received an email from HR inquiring if I was still interested and I was, so I went through the process of filling in and contacting my references to let them know I needed them to complete surveys which took about 5-10 minutes of their time. I then received a phone interview and scheduled an in person interview after that call. I then drove 40 minutes to attend this interview which concluded with a tour and the Nurse manager telling me “I should be excited because I will definitely be hearing from HR.” What a blatant lie. I did hear from HR however it was to tell me that they had decided to go with someone else. Thank God I have already gotten hired at an actual hospital where I will get way more experience. If you want to waste time apply. Otherwise, don’t.

quick and painless. everyone was extremely nice and professional. Seemed to be proud of company and had a lot of knowledge about the ins and outs of the company. Interview was comfortable and and quick.
