Responded to ad in paper. Met with various members of the team. Had lunch with therapists working there. Great deal of time spent on building team mentality. Salary was discussed, not much room to negotiate, and job accepted.

It was simple and efficient and staff was very friendly. Screening and scheduling process was very straightforward and proceeded without any complications. New Grad friendly. I would recommend them time and time again
