Phone interview first then face-to-face interview with 3 staff members including 2 directors. Pretty standard interview in a professional and welcoming atmosphere. They explained the position in more detail then showed me an organizational chart and some reports the department produces. Took me on a tour of the office space and introduced me to the other staff.

Pretty straightforward experience. I completed a short telephone interview with 2 associates, and then an in-person panel interview with the same associates, a field interviewer, the PI and a co-investigator. Overall experience was pleasant and straightforward.
