Second: individual interview with two people, they ask similar questions to the phone screen be prepared to elaborate and possibly come up with better answers for those questions. Focus a lot on customer service. "Name a difficult customer you had to deal with" "Where have you had the best customer service" "What would your supervisor say you need to work on" "Name a time you saw something unethical and what you did". The second interview is the easiest part. Group interview but each have designated time to talk so you don't have to worry about out shining the others. There are always open positions as well so you are not each other's competition. Basically just reiterate the same things but also focus on "Why Emory, why now?" Focus on your experience and how it will contribute to Emory's mission and values. Ask your recruiter questions!!!! They will give you an offer without giving you any information at all and give you no time to decide.

They did a group interview initially, where the role and pay were described. We got to introduce ourselves and what we were looking for in the company. Subsequently there was a virtual interview with departments that were looking to fill the position and then they will let you know if you were matched within 2 weeks. If not matched, you repeat the interview process.
