J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Emmis Communications (Indianapolis, IN) en mars 2010
Entretien
I interviewed with 2 members of the marketing staff at emmis communications corporate office in Indianapolis. The interview was surprisingly simple, informal, and borderline unprofessional. Both interviewers was casually dressed, in a small office, and they spent more time laughing at inside jokes opposed to evaluating myself or the answers to my questions. They reviewed my resume in depth prior to the interview, so they asked many qeustions regarding past experience and education. I then went to an interview with one of their managers, and he essentially summarized my first interview. He asked why I wanted the position, what I could bring to the table, and what my expectations were salary and promotion scale. I was offered the position 4 days later, and I declined to join another firm.

Entretien
Applied via snail mail because they didn't have an online career website. Initially got an email from direct supervisor asking to schedule an on-site interview. When I went on-site for my interview I checked in with the receptionist to inform the manager I was there. Had to wait 30-45 minutes to before I finally was able to interview.
