Bad experience. No initial interview with a person, they just send you a take home assessment straight away (they found me on hackajob). The assessment wasn't so difficult, thought apparently I didn't pass. I spent 2hrs+ on it, had to have my camera on and share the screen. I don't have a problem with that, though I would appreciate some warning beforehand, so I can prepare my workspace appropriately. What I do have problem with is that no feedback has been provided whatsoever. They don't value your time, so probably it's best that I didn't get the job. Won't be applying again with Emma.
