The interview process was very straightforward and professional. The interviewers were friendly and made the experience comfortable. They asked relevant technical questions while also exploring my problem-solving approach. It was a great experience overall, with clear communication throughout each stage.

I applied as a senior frontend developer at Emma and here is my feedback regarding the process.
Everyone I met, both internally and externally, was genuinely friendly and supportive, but Emma’s team leaders stood out even more — they explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel very transparent.
The process felt quite slow, with multiple steps that seemed unnecessary. One additional point that was a bit confusing: the job description clearly stated that the role was for senior candidates, but right before the final step I was informed that the position was not actually senior. This mismatch created some uncertainty about the expectations for the role.
