They visited the university and selected a few candidates for the interviews. The interview itself was very relaxed and felt like a conversation. Although did not really feel like they were interviewing me, it felt more like they wanted us to get to know the company. After the interview they told me that if we were interested we should go through the process online... like that the interview did not count.
