The response time after I had sent my Cover Letter was really fast (within a day). I have had two interviews with Emma before a contract was offered. The first one being more general and with two people and the second one dived into the function itself. It was an unique interview where you had to answer not just the basic interview questions but also the person that interviewed you wanted to know how you would solve, in my interview, a business case. Almost all the communication before, during, and after the Interviews were with the same person. This was helpfull to receive the important information and made it easier to reach out to that person. Despite the COVID circumstances, the company always responded quickly. The interviews itself were via Teams.
