It took 4 interviews in around a few months. The first was a group interview. Then it was a one to one session. Before the second they have us a few questions e.g. Your ideal, favorite place etc. They wished us to present it while they analyzed you. The third was again a group interview and the fourth one the last in which their Marketing Manager was there to analyze you. All they want is to see you as a person and not the knowledge or the technical experience you have.
