This was a waste of time. Company sent an assessment test that was about an hour long. Odd thing is the assessment testing requires you to have a webcam on so they can take snapshots of you during testing. Finished the assessment and a few hours later got a rejection email. I don't mind the rejection email, but maybe the assessment should be after an interview so we can both waste each other's time.
