I ghosted this place after the first step. They send you a 50-minute IQ assessment from Test Gorilla. I have nearly two decades of experience and actual first-party qualification/certifications, they're not wasting my time with standardized testing. If they don't value your time now, they certainly won't when you have a sick kid with a project deadline.
