My first interview was a phone call with HR just to get some background info and set up the next interview with my supervisor. My video interview with my supervisor was really easy just because it felt like she was getting to know me as a person. I then had panel interviews with directors, senior directors, people on my team, and people from adjacent teams. Everyone was very casual and understanding when I was unsure of a question. Overall the company was very welcoming.
