emerge professional I applied on indeed the process took about 2 weeks I interviewed with a recruiter which was more of a phone screen. then i interviewed with the company's senior recruiter who asked a couple questions and gave more details about the company and position. After an assessment test was emailed, it took me over an hour it was really detailed and it's like you're actually talking to a customer and had to resolve their problem. a third and interview with the direct manager at the company used the Star method. I was told that i would get an email in 2 days but never heard back. .

tell me about a time you had to resolve a issue without the normal resource or technology that would normally use. Tell me a time you had conflict with a Coworker. what are my strengths? what was my biggest failure and how did i overcome it . also, there is a role play at the end of the interview.
