Contact initiated with a recruiter. Follow up was a technical challenge that took 3 days of all-our effort. Questions were a mix of chemistry/biology domain knowledge, data analysis, and management consulting - type questions. Once passed, this was followed by a rather long onsite. The interview was long but enjoyable.
