Entretien
The entire process was confusing and there was no communication between the HR Department, the hiring manager, and me as a candidate. It was very unprofessional. The entire process from start to finish lasted 22 days and began with having to study for an aptitude test that took approximately 5 hours of my time. After my second interview the talent acquisition specialist called to tell me I was not moving forward in the process. Then an hour later the same person called me back to tell me it was a mistake and that I was being moved forward. I proceeded with my 3rd interview which I felt went well and then the same talent acquisition specialist informed me that her contract was ending and that the hiring manager would reach out the following week and that a new HR contact would also reach out to introduce themselves. Neither of those happened. After two weeks of waiting for some kind of an update on where things stood the hiring manager finally emailed to tell me that they were moving on with a different candidate. The lack of communication and transparency throughout this process made this a very poor candidate experience. In summary, this interview process felt like having a part-time job for 3 weeks and I ended up getting rejected twice.
