The interview process was quick and painless. The hiring manager and HR representative present in both interviews asked thoughtful questions and were engaged with the process. The final interview included peers and teammates which was nice.

It was a joke. The management is very immature. I would never work for this company after the experience I had. They don't know what they are doing. Better luck going somewhere else.
