I learned about the position online; applied, and I was contacted by phone where I had an informal interview and then went in to interview with the Food and Beverage Manager.

Applied in person, got a call back a week later for an interview. The interview was relaxed but detailed, and then got a call a couple days later asking if I wanted the job.
