It was a fairly quick interview. Took around 20-25 minutes max. The lady was very nice and easy to talk to! She started by asking about myself, and my hobbies. We had a nice conversation about my past job location. She asked me maybe 15 questions total. They were pretty typical job interview questions. The final question was situation based. She gave me a scenario and asked how I would deal with it.

called in for an interview and met with front desk manager. He asked basic customer service oriented questions and how I would handle a difficult situation/guest. Make sure to have examples ready for different scenarios and how you have handled a difficult customer in the past.
