I applied online and had a call with HR. English was not their first language and they found it difficult to answer my questions. I thought this was a red flag and withdrew my application.

The interview was online, via Teams. It was well structured. I received the invite 2 weeks prior and was interviewed by a panel of two. Both interviewers were quite friendly but keen on my answers.
