The first round was a telephonic screening with the HR and then she took a few days to arrange for a personal Interview with the COO. The personal interview was fairly straightforward and was focused on past experiences, what I have done in the related roles with my past employers and what have I achieved there. Overall experience was positive and it felt like informal chatting and explaining myself instead of a formal grilling experience.
