I recently applied for a junior internship position with your company in Chisinau, Moldova. Unfortunately, I was informed by Team Manager that the position is only open to Russian speakers, even if I informed her that I don't understand it, and why should I when I'm proficient in Romanian and English, just to please a racist person?? She even refused to talk in English with me saying that she knows only Russian, I find this policy to be unacceptable. I am disappointed that this type of discrimination is deemed acceptable in your organization. We didn't manage to discuss the job and my qualification, it's a disaster..
