      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ellevation Education en mai 2018

      Entretien

      I received an e-mail three and a half weeks after applying for the position asking me about my availability for a 20-30 minute video call. I responded within an hour providing my availability, but then heard nothing back. A week later, I finally reached back out to see if they were still interested in setting up time to talk (I didn't want to be too naggy or overeager, otherwise I would have reached out sooner) and was told my original e-mail had somehow been lost in the individual's inbox. I was very interested in the position at the time, but was also deep into interview processes elsewhere so losing an entire week for no reason was quite discouraging and disheartening. When we finally were able to schedule a video call, I felt the interviewer was completely disengaged. The individual kept looking off and smiling at what I'm assuming was someone else in the room? Or someone outside of the room through a window? Either way, it was very distracting and disrespectful. I left the interview feeling wholly uninterested in working for the company and assuming there was also zero interest in my candidacy given how I was treated (so I guess it ultimately worked out for everyone).

      Thank you for the feedback, we really appreciate hearing back from candidates. We strive to make the interview process a positive experience. We are very sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience. We had a glitch in our applicant tracking system which delayed some applicants' emails. The issue was addressed as soon as we realized that emails were missing.
