The Interview process was based on a 3 step process. Initial screening was performed at our Institute where the first interview took place, some of which were also shortlisted on the basis of their CVs. After that, we were called for the second interview and a written test. And finally, some of the candidates were shortlisted for the final interview. And from those, few made it through.
