The interview process was a three-part process starting with a phone interview with the hiring team followed by two more interviews. The second interview was with the department manager and the third interview was with the department director.

Entretien
EIP promised much but delivered little. Endless interviews over the course of a month, each one more confusing than the last. Conversations that meandered with no clear direction or purpose. Tactics of bait and switch, leading me to believe one thing, then another, and another, until I no longer knew what was true. And in the end, nothing but disappointment and disillusionment. No job offer, no compensation for my time and effort, only wasted time and false hope. EIP, a company that offers nothing but empty promises and broken dreams. A disappointment to those looking for a future in SEO or content strategy. Avoid at all costs.
