Met with local sales manager to explore options. He explained expectations and I answered his questions regarding my sales experience. Friendly, conversational interview that made me want to be part of the family.

Personable but too easy. The individual that interviewed me only asked me one question and then it became a more formal conversation for the rest of the interview. We connected well but I was not asked any formal interview questions.
