Interview was 30 minutes, but ended up going over my time due to talking to the manager and trying to understand the environment I was getting into. You can tell that questions that were asked using the STAR method.

Felt rushed but easy interview process. Asked questions about claims history and availability. Manager was courteous. Quick hire process after interview. Recruiter was professional as well. No problems receiving work equipment in a timely manner.

What history do you have in claims? (Can’t remember exact words)
Initial interview was a pre-screening process where you were given questions and had to record your response. You had no time limit, but three attempts for each questions. I have an upcoming second interview that is an hour long.

There was a math question. It asked how much the member is responsible for paying based off a percentage of a number.
Only did prescreen interviews and got 3 different interviews from hiring managers , was looki g for more info about the difference in pay and different positions that I applied for
