The senior leadership was a total disaster. They could not speak properly in English and they were VP and Directors. The VP asked stupid questions and she wanted me to not apply. I saw bias, prejudice and insecurity. What a shame that Elevance have them. There should be equity in the interview process and diverse set of people are needed.
