I met via Zoom with three ladies. Everyone was nice and informative. You really get a good feel of their personality and yours gets to shine through too. The only issue is that HR ghost people. They will not send you a follow up email about not getting the job or that they decided to go with other candidates. It would look better on the company if they practiced common courtesy rejection instead of leaving people waiting for a phone call or email that will never come.
