Typical behavioral questions, I bit hard but overall a smooth process. Like explain a time you had a difficult caller? How did you handle it? Tell us about a time you worked with a difficult coworker, how did you handle? Outcome?

Received an email from Elevance Talent Acquisition indicating the hiring managers are requesting to schedule an interview with me. She gave me multiple dates and times (specifying time zone) to choose from based on the managers' availability. Sent an email back confirming my available dates. The TA responded back with the interview details (virtual through Microsoft Teams). Interviewers were two department managers and they logged on promptly. Before proceeding with the interview, they introduced themselves and their roles within the company/department. They explained in detail and transparency the interview process for the role including the potential shift hours/start date if I were hired. Both managers made me feel comfortable and at ease from the start. They allowed me a moment to ask any questions about anything they explained before starting their questions.

Pretty easy interview. The recruiter emailed me salary and asked if I was still interested. Then I interviewed over the phone. Then with the hiring manager over video. Interviewed using the star method… tell me about a time….

The first step of the interview process was a self-paced online interview that included yes/no questions, recorded voice scenarios, and a pronunciation portion. After submitting the interview online I was completely ghosted by the recruitment team with no further updates from them directly. I was checking my application status online regularly and it disappeared a
few weeks later stating "you have no pending application". A month after submitting my self-paced interview a recruiter emails me to say, "As you know, we halted actively recruiting for this position during the month of February and we were wondering if you were still interested in the position?" I replied enthusiastically to get ghosted again. Another month goes by before I get a rejection letter via email. This is no way to treat talented applicants.
