Applied online. HR emailed me a month later to set up a call with an HR representative who knew nothing about the role. The call was easy and very friendly in nature. Then heard nothing back. Asked for an update two weeks later. HR replied with "I don't know". When you're recruiting senior level leadership (any candidates really), please exercise some courtesy and promptly notify the candidates. The world is smaller than you know.
No offer or rejection. Just silence. I'm sure I'll receive a blanket rejection next year from them.

Lengthy, 5 interviews before a decision was made. Training is lacking, sink or swim culture. You will never have job stability with this company, everyday you will be wondering if today is the day the opt to lay you off. Profits over people.

Prescreen with recruiter. Multiple panel interviews with peers of hiring manager and peers to the position. Interview with hiring manager is last step. All questions are in behavioral based format (STAR response).

Recruiter was very prompt and professional, thorough, and transparent. She had been in her role for a very long time. I appreciated her knowledge, up front approach, and commitment to stay in touch throughout the process.
