Initially you complete an assessment online after applying. If they want to move forward you get scheduled for a phone interview. Once you pass that you then get invited to a face to face interview. For starters let me just tell you I was impressed with the building! It was beautiful. So modern and high end. I was really impressed. After the face to face you will have to complete a bilingual assessment after that the background and the offer will come !! Good luck
