Very down to earth management team, honest people who are knowledgeable of the company. Love the dress code, which is laid back casual. No micro-managing. It was a wonderful process that included online submission, phone interview and then a face to face with the employer. Also met some of the team members who were able to describe not only the daily processes, but some boots-on-the-ground, first-hand experience.
