      Entretien

      Pros: Very warm team overall and great recruiter. There was a lot of clarity throughout steps and a quick moving process. Easy to schedule with. I appreciated giving the candidate the deck with the branding vs having to make our own. Cons: Many steps in the process, 6 rounds with a 3-4 separate step project. It was a more involved process than similar companies at this stage and industry. The project being either a presentation or an analysis on a complex client problem would have been enough to get insight into how a candidate thinks, depending on what matters most to the team. If you are not using AI, which I didn't, it would take quite a few hours (8+) to complete well, build a deck and talk track and record. I think they could have removed one step of the process or refined it as well overall. You're meeting with a lot of leaders that could be combined in one interview to save time. Overall one of the better interview experiences I've had, but still has areas that could be refined!

      Did three rounds of interviews consisting of an initial screen by an external recruiter and then two rounds with staff. Really great mission and product for the behavioral health field. I thought the interviews went well although I never hard back from them.
