Long process, but speedy at the time time. A strong sense of urgency expressed by all parties involved, however, it's a lot of interviews. Definitely worth it, and definitely the right path to take to ensure organizational fit - but it can be stressful, as a candidate, to go through 6+ conversations. And huge kudos to Eleos for paying for the assignment and not expecting candidates to work for free while interviewing.
