HR phone screen followed by technical phone screen, followed by onsite. The onsite begins with a 1-hour coding challenge given to you on a sheet of paper, and done on company laptop. This is followed by a code review with 1st interviewer. Next comes 5 sessions with 1-2 interviewers in each session. The interviewers become progressively more senior in rank as you go through the onsite interview. The company has catered lunch, which is provided to you. You may also be invited to view part of the company all-hands it happens to occur on your onsite date. Questions may be on your past work, how you will handle current challenges the interviewer is actually going through, or coding puzzles. I noticed that the senior-rank interviewers tended to have a higher emphasis on coding puzzles and personality questions. I felt was doing well for all but the last few interviewers, by which I was feeling tired (also was a little sick that day but managed to hide it) and was unable to reason through the coding puzzles. A few days later, I got the negative feedback from HR. Overall, the interviewers were professional, polite, and amicable.
