It was fast. They have really high turnover. Once you get your interview, which will only be via a phone call, consider the job yours. You just need to pass their requirements, which is the bare minimum.

It was really easy. They ask you to read a script to hear how you sound, including your pace. They also want to make sure you are fluent in English, so you also have to read through a list of words. Then, there are average questions, such as tell me about yourself.

I got very short phone interview she only asked why I was interested in the job and whether I had previous call center experience which I did not so I guess thats why I was not selected for the seocnd round of interviews
